"For Eunice" is a film about growing up in a disadvantaged neighborhood. Tarma (9) and her younger sister Eunice (7) enjoy their childhood and experience the freedom in their concrete playground. Soon, without realizing it, harsh realities intrude in their lives. To process these realities, the girls need a stable environment. But that’s what seems to be missing in their lives. Their Ghanaian mother's thoughts are still in her home country and they don't have anything to expect from their absent father. And even though the underpaid heroes of the youth center and primary school do the best they can, they also seem to miss touch with the children’s environment.
